Routing Coordinator

zTrip is seeking a dependable and highly organized Routing Coordinator to support daily transportation operations. In this role, you will oversee route planning, trip coordination, and real-time service adjustments to ensure efficient and reliable transportation. As a key point of communication between drivers, customers, and operations teams, you will help maintain smooth service and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do as a Routing Coordinator:

• Coordinate and assign trips based on customer demand, driver availability, and service schedules
• Monitor routes and trip progress, making adjustments as needed to maximize efficiency and on-time performance
• Communicate route updates, trip details, and service changes to drivers in a clear and timely manner
• Respond to inquiries from customers and drivers, providing professional support and problem resolution
• Track and document routing activities, trip information, and service-related communications
• Work closely with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to optimize daily transportation services

What You’ll Bring to the Role as a Routing Coordinator:

• Previous experience in routing, dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with routing, scheduling, GPS, or fleet management software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Valid driver's license
